The price includes only remote access works + 1 field trip for the initial computer analysis.
This service should be used when remote access is technically applicable and the number of computers does not exceed 10 units.

- Inventory of computer equipment
- Remote administration through Internet
- Phone support consultations
- Software setup using remote access
- Diagnosing the Internet connection status

The main feature of this tariff is the possibility to have unlimited number of emergency visits upon client’s request.

- Inventory of computer equipment
- Initial software configuration
- Remote support through Internet and phone
- Installing software
- Setting up antivirus protection
- Setting up and tuning office equipment
- Maintenance of the office ATS and phone equipment
- Local network setup
- Operating server tuning
- Unlimited number of emergency visits
- Diagnostics, repairs, computers upgrade (does not include parts)
- Technical support phone consultations

- Remote support through Internet and phone
- Installing software

- Setting up and tuning office equipment
- Maintenance of the office ATS and phone equipment
- Local network setup
- Operating server tuning
- Unlimited number of emergency visits
- Diagnostics, repairs, computers upgrade (does not include parts)
- Technical support phone consultations
- 2 preventive visits for analysis of equipment and software conditions

- This tariff is used when only some part of the services provided by basic tariffs is needed, or otherwise additional services related to computer equipment are required.
We consider any requests of our clients.

Tariff for companies with more than 35 computers
|
Prices for computer maintenance |

Price is calculated individually.
From our experience we know that setting standard tariff for that number of computers is not reasonably achievable.
This is related to the fact that the service prices are calculated with account of many factors.
For example, the price calculation depends on:
- number of client servers and the variety of the functions that they perform
- amount of possible computer and peripheral equipment relocations
- number of service calls needed for maintenance (for example, phone maintenance, office equipment maintenance, etc.)
- number of additional issues with computer equipment that have to be resolved.
Usually in order to maintain computers using this tariff one or more employees of our company have to constantly stay in the office of the client for a timely and systemic resolving of problems related to computers maintenance. |

- Computer work station support for each employee
- Teaching basic computer skills to users
- Servicing server software and hardware
- Maintaining active and passive network equipment
- 1Ñ installation
- Support and setup of Internet access
- Setting email programs
- Remote support using the Internet (when there is technical capacity for this)
- Giving phone consultations to employees
- Diagnosing computers, replacing parts (parts are paid for separately)

IMPORTANT!!! We would like to pay your attention to the fact that, when we are maintaining computers within tariffs 2 and 3, one of the maintained computers could be a server, and then the prices for our services do not change. Most of the competitors engaged in subscriber computer maintenance consider servers separately and charge for them separately.
Each Contract is accompanied by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which allows the Client to clearly understand the order and the amount of offered services. You can learn more about the agreement in the site section "How to order services" (in the sub-section Important notice on computer maintenance Contract conclusion).
Before concluding a contract you will be provided with free of charge visit of our technical specialist who will analyze computers conditions and help you to make up the technical assignment.
All provided work and services are not subject to value-added tax in accordance with chapter 26.2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
